With local roots, we live and play in the same space. We are a team working for farming solutions using the latest technologies. For four generations, Blair’s family has been part of the success of family farms.
Blair’s Agvocacy efforts actively support Canadian Agriculture Literacy Month, organized by Agriculture In The Classroom. Several Blair’s ag retail locations visit elementary schools to help students understand agriculture and where their food comes from.
March was Canadian Agriculture Literacy Month #CALM, and Blair’s shared our passion and industry knowledge with students. Curtis McCullough and Mick Bostock went to a second grade classroom in #Regina to talk about what's in their lunchboxes.
Thank you to Agriculture in the Classroom SK for organizing this opportunity!
Blair’s Lanigan and Watrous locations hosted more than 200 elementary students for Food Farms. They got their hands dirty planting seeds, and saw firsthand how plants grow and harvested at educational learning stations.

Farm safety is another community priority for Blair’s. Farms have so many moving parts that risk is always present.
Our #Humboldtstrong campaign started in the spring seeding season with green and gold cupcakes for our customers and staff at our Blair’s locations and in the field to take the time to talk about farm safety.
July marked the second pillar of our Humboldt Strong campaign, when a number of Blair’s staff donated blood at the Canadian Red Cross.
The final pillar in our Blair’s Humboldt Strong Campaign is our cash donation to STARS. The tragedy of this past year was another reminder how important @STARSambulance is to our province. Thank you for all your efforts #STARS, especially to those in rural areas and the communities we call home. If you would like to learn more about this local charity, please visit: www.stars.ca

With 72 years of a common past and vision for the future, Blair’s Family of Companies has invested heavily in local agriculture and families. Knowing our customers means knowing their customers and families. Blair’s invests heavily in community organizations, civic and youth groups, school districts, scholarships and institutions across eight local communities.
Being a larger part of the communities where we live and work is something our team at Blair's takes pride in. This summer, our McLean location supplied the town of Balgonie with fertilizer used for their baseball diamonds, soccer field, football field, and other public green spaces in town. See #blairs #community #givingback
In the spirit of community giving, we recognize some of our #Blairs team that have given a lot to their local community with their great volunteer efforts over 2018 – specifically, our Watrous location! Blair’s Watrous team has been involved greatly; from working with the high school football team or the Watrous Winterhawks, to volunteering on committees/boards such as the Kinsmen Club or the Rec Board, and for everything else in between, like working on the Volunteer Fire Department or putting on a show with the Salt Water Players! Blair’s Watrous location’s team invested 298 hours of volunteer efforts in their community, as well as allocating their $2,500 donation for the year to go to the Kinsmen Bull-A-Rama. The smallest acts of volunteerism can sometimes make the biggest difference!
Blair's hosts several "Lunch n' Learns" and plot tours throughout the year. Be sure to check our upcoming events listing on our home page, and with your local Ag Business Specialist at your Blair's location.
Blair’s is very proud to serve the agricultural industry in Saskatchewan for over 72 years. We remain committed to our customers and the business of agriculture, and our local roots mean we are deeply committed to the communities where we live and work. Over the past 72 years, we have supported the communities we live in by supporting:
Canadian Cancer Society, MS Society, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation as just three examples of health focused organizations. Generally, these organizations have been supported through employee-led initiatives like fundraising for marathons and bike rides.
